Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with a solid background in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture while leading technical teams to successfully deliver enterprise-grade implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and project teams.
- Architect scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Guide teams on Salesforce security, data architecture, and platform governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–12 years of total IT experience, including strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce development teams or acting as a technical lead/solution architect on complex projects.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, performance optimization, and governor limits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, App Builder, or Salesforce Architect certifications.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
