Responsibilities
- Achieve ₹3,00,000 monthly sales
- Run full-cycle field sales: visits, demos, proposals, negotiation and closure
- Build client relationships and referrals
- Mentor junior sales team members
- Update CRM daily and share weekly pipeline reports
Requirements
- 3+ years in field or B2B sales
- Fluent Marathi/Hindi; English is a plus
- Own transport and target-driven mindset
Pay and incentives ₹30,000–₹50,000 fixed per month. After reaching the ₹3,00,000 monthly target, earn 10% of every additional sale the same day, with no cap.
