We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant to lead technical design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to lead a team of Salesforce developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct client discussions, solution design sessions, demos, and technical workshops.
- Manage technical deliverables, effort estimations, risks, and quality standards.
- Drive Salesforce integrations, data migration, and Agile delivery.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall development experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, ERP integrations, SSO, and Git/GitHub.
- Experience in solution design, client management, and leading development teams.
- 3–4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications.
