Salary Structure

- 24+ months of relevant sales experience: ₹27,000–₹35,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
- Improve sales conversion through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer escalations and complex queries.
- Support daily store operations, billing, and inventory management.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and store standards.
- Guide junior sales associates on customer handling and sales techniques.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to overall store performance.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduation preferred; eligibility will be as per company norms.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience preferred.
- Experience as a Senior Sales Associate or Team Leader will be an advantage.
- Experience in premium retail, eyewear, fashion, electronics, or similar customer-facing retail environments is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (B2 level or above), Hindi, and the local language.
- Solid sales, upselling, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
