Position Overview: Senior Relationship Manager (UHNI) — Insurance

- Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager (UHNI) — Insurance
- Department: Insurance Vertical
- Location: Bangalore / Chennai
- Experience: 10–15 years in General Insurance relationship management

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow a UHNI/corporate General Insurance book targeting Rs10Cr+ GWP within the role
- Lead origination and structuring of large-ticket insurance mandates for UHNI families and corporates
- Manage end-to-end policy servicing — renewals, cross-sell, claims coordination across GMC, GPA, property, liability, and specialty lines




- Coordinate with insurer partners on underwriting, pricing, and issuance for complex risks
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline records in the CRM system
- Represent Entrust at client meetings, BD events, and insurer relationship reviews

Key Qualification & Experience

General Insurance background — mandatory (LI-only profiles will not be considered)

Existing GI book of Rs10Cr+ GWP — strong preference

Background from: GI insurer corporate/key account teams or insurance advisory/broking firms

Strong consultative, advisory approach — UHNI and HNI client handling experience preferred

Comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability, boutique environment
