Job Summary

Aeren LPO is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment for Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bulk hiring, niche recruitment, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy execution while working independently as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for LPO, KPO, BPO, IT, and Non-IT positions.

- Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, niche recruitment, and leadership-level hiring as required.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and business priorities from stakeholders.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming business requirements.

- Drive campus recruitment and collaborate with colleges and placement teams when required.

- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.

- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio,



and hiring pipeline status.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.

- Work independently to achieve recruitment targets without managing a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7–12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in LPO, KPO, BPO, or IT services.

- Robust experience in bulk hiring and handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.

- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly hiring targets and position closures.

- Time-to-fill and recruitment turnaround time.

- Offer acceptance and joining ratios.

- Quality of hire and candidate pipeline effectiveness.

- Stakeholder satisfaction and recruitment process efficiency.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
