Job Summary

At TalentSOP ( an ISO 9001:2015 organization), We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in India-based IT/Engineering hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles across multiple technologies, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet business hiring goals.

Work Location : Kodigehalli Gate / Bangalore-560092

Work Timings : 9:30 am to 6:30pm (on weekdays) and 9:30 am to 1 pm IST (Saturday)

Annual CTC Range INR 4L to 6L (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for India-based positions
- Collaborate with delivery heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, databases, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops
- Manage offer discussions, CTC negotiations, notice periods, and joining formalities
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS / Excel trackers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring technology needs
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding initiatives and hiring drives as required

Technical Hiring Exposure (Mandatory) Hands-on experience hiring for some or all of the following roles:

- Software Developers (Java, .NET, Python)




- Frontend Developers (React, Angular, JavaScript)
- Full Stack Developers/Forward Deployed Engineers ( Web / Mobile /Both)
- Hardware Design & Verification Engineer(PD, AMS, SOC etc.)
- Embedded System and Design Engineer
- Product Manager / Product Owners
- Scrum Master / Business Analysts
- Engineering Managers
- ERP-CRM ( Oracle / SAP / Salesforce /MS Dynamics/ Workday)
- Technical Architects ( EA, SOA, DA)
- QA / Automation Engineers
- DevOps & Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure)
- Data Engineers / Data Analysts / Data Scientists
- UI/UX Developers
- Support, Infrastructure, and other IT roles

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 35 years of IT recruitment experience in India
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill combinations, and experience mapping
- Hands-on experience with Naukri portal and LinkedIn sourcing
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Experience working in an IT services or staffing environment
- Strong follow-up and closure orientation
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA / HR qualification is a plus)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Junior, mid-level to senior-level IT hiring
- Exposure to fast-paced or startup environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience hiring for Primarily for full-time roles with exposure on contract hiring /staffing
