Key Responsibilities

- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

- Prepare project cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity calculations.

- Prepare, verify, and process Part Bills and Final Bills.

- Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate Measurement Books (M-Books).

- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement quantities.

- Verify executed work quantities at the site to ensure accuracy in billing.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers for measurements, quantity verification, and billing documentation.

- Collaborate with the Procurement Team to assess material requirements and verify quantities.

- Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and cost variations.

- Prepare material reconciliation statements, quantity reports,



and supporting documentation.

- Prepare revised estimates for additional works, variations, and changes in project scope.

- Maintain accurate quantity and billing records using MS Excel.

- Utilize PRICE software for estimation, billing, and related quantity surveying activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing.

- Experience in construction and infrastructure projects is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, billing, and rate analysis.

- Proficiency in MS Excel for calculations, billing, and reporting.

- Working knowledge of PRICE software.

- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.

- Knowledge of construction materials, reinforcement quantities, and material reconciliation.

- Familiarity with site measurements, M-Books, and BBS preparation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
