We are seeking a highly movated Senior Engineering Specialist AI to drive AI-led engineering transformaon across the so¢ware development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a solid so¢ware engineering background with exper¢se in either UI Automa¢on or

Performance Engineering, combined with hands-on experience in applying Genera¢ve AI, AI

Agents, and AI-powered engineering solu¢ons to improve produc¢vity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

The role involves iden¢fying engineering use cases for AI, designing and implemen¢ng AI-

powered workows, developing reusable AI agents, and collabora¢ng with cross-func¢onal teams to accelerate so¢ware delivery and engineering excellence.

Iden¢fy and evaluate opportuni¢es to leverage AI across so¢ware engineering and quality engineering processes.

Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solu¢ons to improve engineering produc¢vity, quality, and eciency.

Build and maintain AI agents, copilots, and reusable workows for engineering use cases.

Apply AI across the SDLC, including:

Develop and maintain automa¢on frameworks or performance engineering assets based on area of specializa¢on.

Integrate AI solu¢ons with modern engineering pla¢orms, CI/CD pipelines, and

DevOps prac¢ces.

Collaborate with Product, Development, Pla¢orm, and Engineering teams to drive AI adop¢on and innova¢on.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend prac¢cal implementa¢on strategies.

Mentor engineering teams and champion AI-rst engineering prac¢ces.

7-10 years of experience in So¢ware Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related domain.

Strong understanding of So¢ware Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps prac¢ces.
