- Should take the MEP quantity from the projects
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis for MEP works
- Assist in tender submissions and bid evaluations
