Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager QA

Reporting Structure: Reports to BU Head

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline/MCA/Btech/Mtech

Experience/ Qualifications:

- 15-18 years of experience preferred in BFSI domain or related enterprise-grade software environments dealing with complex financial payroll processing, tax configurations, and statutory compliance.
- Around 6 to 8 years of strong experience in both, Functional and Automation on large scale enterprise level application Testing as full stake QA (UI, Services and Database). This includes testing core employee databases, middleware workflows, and complex transactional payroll structures.
- Strong experience in Test Strategy and Test planning to map intricate HR rules, HP Policies, and organizational structures
- Expertise in design and development of test automation framework from scratch
- 6+ years of experience in Test Automation with knowledge of testing tools and technologies like Selenium, Playwright, Java, Appium, TestNG, BDD Cucumber
- Knowledge of Devops - CI / CD pipeline , Jenkins / Dockers
- Should have vision for Process improvement to achieve efficiency and effectiveness by using latest tools / technologies / automations
- Robust experience in Agile / Waterfall methodologies and managing multiple end to end deliveries.
- Should have good communication skills and collaborate with cross functional teams for project / delivery success
- Exposure to Performance testing tools such as JMeter/Load will be added advantage

Responsibilities-

Strategic Responsibility

- Quality Strategy - Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with business objective
- Test Strategy - Develop overall test strategy and approach for project for all testing types― Functional, SIT, UAT, E2E,



Performance, Security, etc with input from Test Leads and Business Analysts
- Process Improvement - Continuously improve testing process and methodologies
- Risk Management - Identify and mitigate quality risk

Leadership Responsibility

- Team Management - Lead and manage a team of QA engineer, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring
- Performance Management - Manage team performance, provide feedback and conduct performance review
- Talent Acquisition - Recruit and Hire right talent for QA team
- Team motivation - Ensure award and recognition are given to keep team members motivated.

Operational Responsibility

- Test planning- Oversee test planning, test case development and test execution.
- Defect Management - Manage defect reporting, tracking and resolution
- Test Environment management - Ensure test environments are setup and configured correctly

Technical Responsibility

- Test Automation - Oversee Test automation efforts including framework development and scripts maintenance.
- Test Tool Evaluation - Evaluate and recommend testing tool and technologies
- Quality Metrics - Develop and track quality metrics to measure testing effectiveness

Communication Responsibility

- Stakeholder Management - Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholder. Bi-weekly / Monthly connects with PMs to ensure deliveries are on track.
- Status Reporting - Provide regular crisp status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Issue Escalation - Timely escalation of critical issues to management and stakeholders.

Certifications: Relevant Technology and Banking Domain Certifications like NCFM, ISTQB or similar certifications are a plus

Employment Type: All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
