Job Summary:

-We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive with 10+ years of experience specifically in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) sector.

-The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, sourcing electronic components, developing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for electronic components and production materials.
- Source and procure electronic components such as PCB components, semiconductors, connectors, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors within the EMS industry.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure timely material availability as per production plans and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, planning, stores, quality, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier delivery commitments,



material shortages, and pending supplies.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Handle vendor development, alternate sourcing, and material availability challenges.
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.
- Track market trends, component availability, lead times, and price fluctuations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience in the EMS sector is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and their procurement processes.
- Experience in vendor development, supplier negotiation, and cost control.
- Knowledge of purchase planning, inventory management, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Positive coordination, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates currently working or having prior relevant experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company.
- Experience handling electronic component procurement, supplier management, and production-related purchasing.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and ensure uninterrupted material supply to production

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
