Role Description The Senior Psychologist will provide clinical psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering counseling and therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, educators, and medical professionals. The role involves guiding family-centered interventions, providing psychoeducation to caregivers, contributing to case conferences, and maintaining accurate,



confidential clinical documentation.

The Senior

Psychologist will also support program development, offer supervision or mentorship to junior team members where needed, and participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology, with advanced knowledge of clinical or counseling psychology and developmental psychology.
- Experience in Counseling and Mental Health support for children, adolescents, and adults, including evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including standardized tools for cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and developmental evaluation.
- Background or familiarity with Medicine or interdisciplinary healthcare settings to collaborate effectively with medical and allied health professionals.
- Relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution; appropriate professional registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Minimum several years of clinical experience, preferably in developmental, pediatric, or multidisciplinary mental health settings.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong documentation and case management skills.
- Commitment to ethical, person-centered care, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing qualified learning.
