Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Public Relations Executive / PR Executive. The role involves planning and executing PR campaigns for clients in the startup and broader business ecosystem, including drafting press releases, media notes, and other communication materials. The professional will manage day-to-day media relations, build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinate interviews, briefings, and coverage opportunities.

Responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, preparing reports, and advising clients on communication strategies, key messages,



and brand positioning. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure integrated communication efforts, participating in client meetings, and supporting crisis communication and reputation management when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Press Releases and Writing for developing clear, compelling, and accurate communication materials.
- Candidates should possess effective Media Relations and Public Relations skills for managing journalists, securing coverage, and executing PR strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, for client interaction, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, or agency environments, preferably with exposure to startups or technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape and familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
