Job Summary

Provide integrated PMO governance and project controls across the S/4HANA upgrade program.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain integrated project plan, milestones and dependencies.

- Manage RAID, action tracking and governance reporting.

- Track workstream progress, deliverables and resource utilization.

- Support Project Manager with daily stand-ups, as well as executive reporting including weekly, monthly, as well as Steering Committee reporting.

- Coordinate project documentation, meeting cadence and decision logs.

- Track testing, including testing progress as well as defect resolution

- Support Project Manager with the development of cutover plan and tracking execution of cutover and readiness activities.

- Maintain project repositories and governance standards.
