Job title : Product Specialist / Senior Product Specialist – POCT Division

Location / HQ: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Industry: In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) / Medical Devices

Experience: 2–5 years (relevant IVD/POCT industry experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for POCT products, including diagnostic analysers and related test kits/consumables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, instrument installations, user training, and application support for customers.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand product reach across the assigned territory.
- Support channel partners and distributors in achieving sales targets and strengthening market coverage.
- Provide technical and product-related information to healthcare professionals and laboratory personnel.
- Coordinate with the service and application teams to resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and provide regular updates on business performance.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up on leads, product trials, customer feedback, and outstanding business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology,



Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the IVD/POCT or medical-device industry.
- Prior exposure to POCT analysers, diagnostic instruments, rapid testing solutions, or associated consumables will be preferred.
- Experience in product demonstrations, customer engagement, sales, and territory development.
- Understanding of diagnostic workflows and the requirements of hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bareilly and nearby assigned territories.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates currently working with IVD, POCT, will only be preferred.
