Post - Sr Production Engineer/ PPC

Industry -fabrication, machining, and assembly operations

- Read and interpret fabrication, machining, and assembly drawings
- Plan and execute production activities using 3M (Man, Machine, Material) principles
- Update daily and monthly production reports in ERP system (ABAS)
- Write clear and effective work instructions for shop floor operators
- Coordinate with Assistant Manager for managing rejection and rework
- Monitor and reduce scrap generation on the shop floor
- Conduct assembly-wise inspection and prepare inspection reports
- Provide training and onboarding support to new operators
- Hold daily meetings with Assistant Production Engineer to align on daily targets
- Track production progress and ensure targets are met on time




- Prepare analytical production reports on a daily and monthly basis
- Schedule dispatches and final job inspections
- Monitor and improve operator productivity and efficiency
- Implement and maintain 5S activities across the production area
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience in production planning and execution
- Experience in handling rework, scrap control, and productivity tracking
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably ABAS )
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and reporting
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail, team leadership, and shop floor management
