Role: Pre-Sales Consultant (Lending Technology)

Rewafin builds an advanced operational system with a built-in ledger, covering origination, servicing, collections, policy, and accounting in a unified system for financial institutions, banks, and enterprises.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant from a financial services or lending operations background to lead discovery sessions, deliver product presentations, and formulate solution proposals for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery meetings and workshops to map client operations, workflows, and systems.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to business leadership and technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain functional demonstration flows and baseline configuration data.
- Respond to formal RFPs, RFIs, and functional evaluation questionnaires.
- Define solution scope, implementation roadmaps, and business cases for client proposals.
- Coordinate and support proofs of concept (PoCs) for institutional banking clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.




- Facilitate smooth project handovers to the delivery teams and share market feedback with product groups.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of skilled experience, with 3+ years specifically in solution consulting, implementation, or technical sales for financial systems (LOS, LMS, collections, or similar platforms).
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end credit lifecycle and commercial accounting principles.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance guidelines, and reporting norms (such as digital lending rules).
- Foundational knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data platforms, and transaction networks.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills tailored for executive leadership.
- Open to travel for domestic and international industry expos and client engagements.

Good to Have:

- Background handling IT governance, compliance, and security reviews.
- Project exposure dealing with co-operative institutions or microfinance organizations.
- Legacy core system mapping experience.
