We are looking for a Sr. Officer / Executive – Production with hands-on experience in chemical plant operations and shift production management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor shift operations to achieve planned production output.
- Ensure adherence to quality, cost, safety and HSE standards.
- Ensure protected operation of plant, machinery and manpower.
- Monitor RM, PM,



utilities and labour usage within defined norms.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 requirements.
- Manage plant housekeeping, tank farms and filling stations.
- Support manpower planning and production planning.
- Identify and resolve operational issues through effective problem-solving.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in a DCS-operated plant.
- Knowledge of chemical production activities and production planning.
- Understanding of safe chemical plant operations.
- Experience handling hazardous chemicals.
- Manpower handling and shift planning.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry

Candidates with experience in the hazardous chemical process industry, preferably with exposure to DCS systems, will be preferred.
