Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead to design, develop, maintain, secure, and support enterprise-grade mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive delivery excellence, and ensure adherence to security and quality standards while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end mobile application development, enhancements, releases, maintenance, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership across native and cross-platform mobile technologies.
- Drive architecture, design decisions, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams to build technical capability and promote continuous learning.

Agile & Stakeholder Management

- Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, UX/UI teams, QA, DevOps, Security, and Operations teams.
- Manage release planning, deployment activities, defect resolution, and change management.

Security, Quality & Operations

- Ensure compliance with Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, AppSecOps, CI/CD, and organizational quality standards.
- Drive application security practices, vulnerability management, and code quality initiatives.




- Lead root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and production issue resolution.
- Support application performance monitoring, optimization, and reliability improvements.

Required Technical Skills

Native Mobile Development

- iOS: Swift, Objective-C
- Android: Kotlin, Java

Cross-Platform Development Experience with one or more of the following:
- React Native
- Flutter
- Ionic
- Xamarin
- .NET MAUI

Architecture & Design
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture patterns:
- MVVM
- MVP
- Clean Architecture
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.

Mobile Platform Expertise
- RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration
- Authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Push notifications
- Local storage and offline capabilities
- Application performance optimization
- Apple App Store and Google Play Store deployment processes

DevOps & Security
- Azure DevOps
- Git version control
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and management
- SonarQube and code quality tools
- Security testing and monitoring tools
- Working knowledge of:
- Azure and/or AWS Cloud platforms
- DevSecOps and AppSecOps practices
- IT Service Management (ITSM) processes





Experience Requirements

- 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on mobile application development experience.
- 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
- Proven experience in:
- Production support
- Release management
- Application maintenance and support
- Experience in regulated industries such as:
- Banking
- Financial Services (BFSI)
- FinTech
- Insurance
- Asset Management Companies (AMC)
- Wealth Management
- Other regulated domains (preferred)

- Strong delivery ownership with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as:
