- Report Generation & communication to Operations on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly, Agent performance reports, Lead analysis reports
- Working on Reporting related tasks with required stakeholders.
- Experience in building dashboards.
- Can work independently on assigned tasks and perform analysis based on given work.
- UAT/Testing/QA of Automation tools.
- Maintain a proper schedule of reports.
Required Skill Sets:
- Valuable analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate knowledge of TSQL/SQL (Sub-Query, Cross/Outer Apply, CTE, Temp Table. etc.),
- Advanced Excel (Filters, Offset, Arrays etc.) and Power Query functions (Power Pivot, Data Modelling, DAX etc.).
- Person should have the ability to design interactive dashboard based on the available raw data.
- Experience in US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
