Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Meta Ads Expert with strong hands-on experience in E-commerce and Lead Generation campaigns, budget management, tracking, catalos management, and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for E-commerce and Lead Generation.
- Handle $20,000+ monthly advertising budgets and optimize campaign profitability.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking.
- Manage product catalogs, product feeds, and Meta Shops.




- Integrate Meta Lead Ads with CRM platforms and automate lead management workflows.
- Conduct A/B testing and prepare campaign performance reports.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Proven experience managing $20,000+ ad budgets.
- Robust knowledge of E-commerce and Lead Generation.
- Expertise in tracking, Conversions API, catalogs, and Meta Shops.
- Experience with CRM integrations, automation tools, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently manage large ad budgets, solve tracking and integration issues, and scale campaigns while delivering measurable results.
