? Hiring: Senior Merchandiser – Apparel (Sourcing & Growth) | Delhi NCR

We’re looking for a strong Senior Merchandiser to join our team and drive apparel sourcing and production in a fast-paced, value-focused environment.

If you have experience across export houses, domestic retail, or D2C brands — and understand costing, vendor management, and fast turnaround cycles — this could be a great fit.

? What you’ll be doing:• Managing end-to-end merchandising (sampling to bulk production) • Handling high-volume programs and repeat orders • Driving competitive costing and margin optimisation • Building and managing vendor networks (knits / woven / athleisure) • Working on fast fashion timelines (3–6 week cycles) • Collaborating closely with buyers, sourcing teams,



and partners • Contributing to expanding business through industry relationships and repeat programs

? What we’re looking for:• 10-15 years in apparel merchandising / sourcing • Solid experience in costing and vendor management • Exposure to fast fashion / value retail environments • Ability to work in a high-speed, execution-driven setup • Someone proactive, ownership-driven, and growth-oriented

? Compensation: ₹8–18 LPA (based on experience)
