Job Overview

Trinity Ventures is looking for an experienced banking professional for the position of Senior Manager – Home Loans. Retired or VRS professionals from banks with strong knowledge of home loan processing, banking operations, and customer relationship management are preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for managing home loan activities, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring smooth loan approvals and disbursements for property buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee home loan activities for company customers.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for home loan approvals and disbursements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and loan processing teams.
- Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Handle home loan applications, documentation, verification, and follow-ups.
- Resolve loan-related queries and documentation issues to ensure timely processing.




- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Monitor loan application status and ensure timely disbursement.
- Develop banking relationships to improve home loan support for customers.
- Maintain records and provide regular updates on loan processing and disbursement.

Candidate Requirements
- Retired or VRS banking professionals preferred.
- 10–20 years of experience in banking, home loans, retail lending, or loan operations.
- Strong understanding of home loan procedures, eligibility, documentation, and disbursement.
- Established professional relationships with banks and financial institutions will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage home loan operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
