Responsibilities -

1. Plan and execute multi-city marketing campaigns and initiatives across cities and geographies, ensuring strict alignment with academic admission cycles.
2. Drive high-quality lead generation and campus walk-ins through a balanced mix of digital, offline, referral, and event-based marketing channels.
3. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, with a strong emphasis on scaling brand presence and outreach.
4. Build, manage, and execute comprehensive parent and student engagement programs, including open houses, demo classes, workshops, and strategic school tie-ups.
5. Track and optimize marketing budgets across brands, ensuring optimal spend efficiency, low cost-per-lead (CPL), and high return on ad spend (ROAS) targets.
6. Oversee creative development and messaging consistency with internal and external teams, producing compelling collateral, advertisements,



and promotional content.
7. Oversee digital marketing operations spanning SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
8. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous operational and marketing improvement.
9. Collaborate seamlessly with regional business heads, sales, academics, and center leadership to maintain strong stakeholder alignment and drive measurable admissions growth.

Requirements -

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), Communications, or Mass Media.
2. 7+ years of overall experience, featuring at least 4 years in a dedicated Business Manager or Marketing role within education, EdTech, or multi-location service industries.
3. Proven, trackable history of successfully driving admissions or revenue growth through high-impact marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives.
4. Hands-on, on-ground working understanding of both offline traditional channels and digital marketing ecosystems.
5. Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities with an entrepreneurial,



innovation-driven mindset.
