Role Objective

Develop the demand side business by building relationships with retail brands, obtaining live expansion requirements and converting those requirements into property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with Retail Expansion Heads, Real Estate Heads, Leasing Heads, Property Acquisition Heads, Business Development Heads, founders and senior decision-makers.

Obtain live and upcoming store-expansion requirements from retailers.

Understand target locations, area, frontage, rent, catchment, parking, fit-out and technical requirements.

Match retailer requirements with suitable high-street shops, showrooms and commercial inventory.

Present properties, arrange site visits and coordinate meetings with owners/developers.

Participate in commercial negotiations involving rent, deposit, escalation, lock-in, fit-out period and related terms.

Develop recurring relationships with expanding brands and maintain a structured CRM of contacts, requirements and follow-ups.

Work closely with property sourcing and transaction teams through closure.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, fitness, furniture/home décor, D2C and specialty retail

Candidate Profile

Preferably 3–7 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, retail expansion, high-street leasing, IPCs, malls, developers, retail brands or specialist property consultancies.

Existing relationships with retail expansion / real-estate decision-makers are a major selection criterion.

Robust understanding of retail property requirements and commercial terms.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation ability.

Strong Mumbai market knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
