- conduct preliminary screening and structuring of commercial real estate financing transactions in line with client requirements and the organizations credit policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Management, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams, to deliver timely and comprehensive financing solutions to clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their business models, organizational structures, financial positions, and financing requirements, while addressing queries and ensuring timely collection of relevant information.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence to assess borrower creditworthiness, transaction risks, and the adequacy of underlying collateral.
- Prepare Credit and Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN), highlighting key risks, mitigants, and initial credit recommendations for proposed financing transactions.
