Position: BSM – Commercial & Retail Strata

Location: Hyderabad

Role & Responsibilities

Drive sales for commercial and retail strata projects.

Generate business through channel partners, direct clients, investors and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and negotiations.

Identify new business opportunities and consistently build the sales pipeline.

Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth closure and documentation.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into successful transactions.

Keep track of market trends, competitor projects and customer requirements.

Ensure timely updates in CRM and sales reports.





Preferred Candidate Profile

4–8 years of experience in Commercial / Retail / Commercial Real Estate Sales .

Strong understanding of Hyderabad real estate market.

Proven experience in lead generation, client handling and deal closures.

Existing network of channel partners and investors will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development and closures.
