- Manage logistics operations from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
- Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to secure competitive rates while maintaining high levels of service quality.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in senior logistics manager roles or similar positions in FMCG industry.
- Robust knowledge of 3PL (Third Party Logistics), TMS (Transportation Management System),
WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
