Role Description The Senior Jewellery Designers (Manual / Corel) and Senior CAD Designers roles are full-time, on-site positions based in Mumbai. Professionals in these roles will conceptualize and develop jewelry designs, create detailed hand-drawn sketches or digital layouts, and collaborate with artisans and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing new collections, refining existing product lines, preparing technical drawings and specifications, and aligning designs with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Senior CAD Designers will focus on computer-aided design, 3D modeling, and preparing files for prototyping and manufacturing, while Manual / Corel designers will emphasize creative sketching, manual drafting,



and digital illustration. Both roles contribute to continuous innovation across fashion jewelry and fine jewelry segments, working closely with management to meet design timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with the ability to create original concepts for different occasions and markets.
- Proficiency in Drawing and manual sketching, including detailed rendering of stones, metals, and settings.
- Experience in Product Design, translating creative ideas into practical, manufacturable jewelry pieces.
- Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and relevant design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Rhino, Matrix, or similar tools).
- Several years of professional experience in jewelry design, preferably in senior or lead designer roles.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and setting techniques for fine and fashion jewelry.
- Attention to detail, good aesthetic sense, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with artisans, production, and management teams.
- Relevant education in Jewelry Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
