Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad.

The Senior Interior

Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed drawings and final execution.

Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their lifestyle and requirements, creating design proposals, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and installation teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with INLAY standards,



and delivered on time.

The Senior Interior

Designer will also review construction drawings, oversee site work, and maintain design quality and consistency across all project stages.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetic, and user-centered residential interiors.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into clear, buildable documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; selection and coordination, including furniture layouts, fixtures, finishes, and material specifications.
- Advanced knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Proven experience in leading residential interior projects from concept to completion, preferably in modular or turnkey solutions.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, and commitment to quality, timelines, and team-oriented work.
