About AarohaAaroha Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes specialises in modular kitchens, wardrobes, customised storage solutions, and complete turnkey interior projects. We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently handle clients, develop creative designs, manage quotations, and coordinate projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Space Planning

- Design complete apartments, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other interior spaces.
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, and 3D visualisations.
- Have strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, laminates, hardware, finishes, lighting, and interior detailing.
- Develop designs that meet client requirements, budgets, and functional needs.

2. Client Communication & Management

- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present design concepts.
- Independently manage client communication, design revisions, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Guide clients on materials, finishes, layouts, and budget optimisation.
- Maintain solid client relationships throughout the project.

3. Quotations & Costing

- Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates using Microsoft Excel.
- Calculate material quantities, rates, labour costs, and project costs accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain material prices and prepare competitive quotations.
- Track revisions,



costing changes, and approved budgets.

4. Turnkey Project Management

- Coordinate the complete interior project from design development to final handover.
- Work with site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, painters, contractors, and other teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials, pricing, deliveries, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits, verify measurements, and ensure execution follows approved drawings.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site-related issues, and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in interior design.
- Proven experience in complete residential interiors and turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customised furniture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D design software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs, and project cost estimates independently.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
