Stanza Living is looking for a Senior Manager HRBP to be the HR leader for Operations, Product and Tech. With Operations making up ~90% of the span, the role is anchored in a large, dispersed frontline workforce. The person will partner directly with the COO, CPO and CBO – B2B Head, lead a team of two HRBPs, and own senior hiring, people data and employee welfare for these functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering – act as the main HR POC for the COO, CPO and CBO – B2B Head, and for all Cluster and Area Managers; drive workforce planning, org design and people strategy.
- Team Leadership – manage and coach two HRBPs; set coverage, goals and service standards across the partnered functions.
- Senior Hiring – personally close mid-senior and senior positions end to end, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding.
- Frontline Engagement – lead huddles and townhalls; run engagement and performance discussions with ground teams; own grievances and employee relations.
- Performance Management – run goal setting,
reviews and calibration; identify critical talent and drive retention actions.
- Manpower Dashboards – build and maintain headcount, hiring, attrition and engagement dashboards; ensure data accuracy and share monthly insights with leadership.
- Employee Welfare – design interventions and current policies for frontline and corporate staff, benchmark against market and ensure labour-law compliance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in HR Business Partnering and experience managing HR team members.
- Proven experience managing HR for a large, multi-location frontline / blue-collar workforce (hospitality, co-living, QSR, retail or facility management preferred).
- Track record of closing mid-senior and senior hires and partnering CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong data skills – comfortable building HR dashboards and turning data into decisions; working knowledge of Indian labour laws.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred; based in Gurugram or willing to relocate, with travel to clusters as needed.
