Role Description

Nationwide Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. (Nationwide Visas) is looking for a highly creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust sense of visual aesthetics, excellent design skills, and the ability to transform marketing concepts into compelling visual communication across digital and print platforms.

This role involves conceptualising, designing, and delivering high-quality creatives for social media campaigns, paid advertisements, websites, presentations, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to develop engaging visual content, maintain brand consistency, and contribute fresh creative ideas to ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Execution: Develop engaging and visually appealing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
2. Branding & Visual Identity: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, typography, colour schemes, and design standards across all marketing materials.
3. Digital & Print Design: Design brochures, standees, banners, presentations, promotional materials, and other print-ready marketing collateral.
4. Campaign Conceptualisation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts, develop campaign visuals, and deliver designs aligned with marketing objectives.
5. AI-Assisted Design: Leverage modern AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and improve design efficiency.
6. Quality & Timely Delivery: Manage multiple design assignments, incorporate feedback effectively, and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.





Requirements & Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing agency, corporate marketing department, or professional services environment.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge and practical experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Freepik AI, Leonardo AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, visual hierarchy, and brand identity design.

- Proven ability to create impactful designs for performance marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience in print production, including preparing print-ready artwork, managing dimensions, resolution, and colour formats.
- Ability to independently interpret creative briefs, develop concepts, and execute designs with minimal supervision.

• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding projects, social media creatives, and print designs.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, creative problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams.

Important Information Regarding Work Location & Schedule

This is strictly a Work from Office position based at Nehru Place, New Delhi, with a six-day working week (Monday to Saturday).
