● Create motion graphics, product videos, explainers, UGC-style edits, and performance-
driven ad creatives
● Translate marketing goals and performance insights into compelling visual concepts and executions
Creative Strategy & Ideation
● Lead ideation for new creative concepts, formats,
and storytelling approaches for ads and campaigns
● Participate in creative strategy discussions for launches, promotions, and brand initiatives

Team Leadership & Collaboration
● Lead, mentor, and review the work of 3–4 designers, ensuring high creative quality and consistency
● Set design standards, workflows, and best practices for both static and video outputs
● Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, product, and growth teams
● Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects
Brand & Quality Control
● Ensure all creatives are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with Fourth Frontier’s tone of voice and visual identity
● Maintain consistency across formats, platforms, and geographies
● Own final creative QA before assets go live
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion design, preferably in D2C, health-tech, or consumer tech brands
● Proven experience in handling and mentoring a small design team
● Strong expertise in both static and video formats for paid ads and email marketing
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop,
Illustrator); Final Cut Pro is a plus
● Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives—hooks, pacing, thumbnails,
layouts, and CTAs
● Excellent sense of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and brand systems
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight timelines
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● A portfolio showcasing paid ads, video creatives, motion graphics, and static designs
