About the Role

You’ll build intelligent products end to end, from user experience to production operations. You’ll turn ambiguous ideas into reliable systems used by real people, across multi-tenant business apps, conversational experiences, and AI agent systems.

What You’ll Own

- Product delivery: Turn ambiguous requirements into user journeys, technical designs, and maintainable features. Own implementation, testing, release, and follow-through.
- UI development: Build responsive, accessible React/TypeScript interfaces and reusable components, with explicit loading, error, empty, and recovery states.
- Backend and data: Design secure APIs, schemas, migrations, and integrations. Build tenant-aware authorization, background jobs, and reliable webhook handling.
- AI agents: Build tool-using agents with structured outputs, context and memory, evaluations, traces, and human approval where needed. Handle retries, model failures, latency, and cost.
- Quality and cloud delivery: Automate meaningful tests and CI/CD checks. Deploy containerized services on GCP with release approvals, health checks, monitoring, and rollback plans.
- Engineering leadership: Review code, document decisions and runbooks, mentor teammates, and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis.

What You Bring





- 5-8 years of software engineering experience, with ownership of production apps across frontend, backend, testing, and deployment
- Frontend: Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS; UI/UX judgment, accessibility, state management, API integration
- Backend: Strong Python and FastAPI (or comparable); REST, validation, authN/authZ, pagination, error handling
- Data: PostgreSQL, SQL, schema design, indexes, transactions, migrations; idempotency, retries, concurrency, and async jobs
- GCP: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, IAM, logs
- CI/CD: Git, Docker, GitHub Actions or Cloud Build, migration checks, controlled promotion of versioned artifacts
- Testing: pytest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright; reproducible tests for permissions, critical journeys, and failures
- AI agents: LLM APIs, tool/function calling, structured response validation, context management, agent evaluation, and effective use of coding agents with proper review
- Clear communication, pragmatic system design, security awareness, and the ability to explain trade-offs

Good to Have Node.js/Fastify or Next.js, agent orchestration and MCP, embeddings/RAG/pgvector, Firestore/Firebase, Redis and job queues, WebSockets/streaming, WhatsApp/Telegram bots, infrastructure as code, ERP/commerce/multi-tenant SaaS, design systems and developer tooling.

You don’t need experience with every item listed. We value depth in the core stack and the ability to learn.

- Ship a complete product workflow with a usable UI, secure API, reliable data behavior, and automated regression coverage
- Make agent behavior measurable through evals and traces, and improve failure recovery, response quality, or cost
- Improve release confidence through repeatable checks, observable deployments, and clear documentation
