The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who is not just a strong engineer, but an AI-native buildersomeone who actively leverages modern AI coding tools like OpenAI Codex / ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar developer AI platforms to accelerate engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and architecture decisions. This role requires deep backend engineering expertise in Golang or Node.js, strong frontend capabilities in React.js / Next.js, and hands-on cloud architecture experience in AWS at scale.

The ideal candidate has built and optimized production-grade systems handling scale, performance bottlenecks, distributed architectures, and cloud cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using:

o Backend: Golang and/or Node.js o Frontend: React.js / Next.js

Build modular, reusable, high-performance frontend architectures.

Develop secure REST APIs / GraphQL APIs / event-driven backend services.

Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, OAuth, JWT flows.

Architect scalable data models and API contracts.

AI-Augmented Engineering

Use AI development tools as a core part of daily engineering workflow:

o OpenAI Codex / ChatGPT o Claude o Gemini o Cursor o GitHub Copilot o Windsurf / Codeium / similar

Use AI tools for:

o code generation o debugging o refactoring o architecture brainstorming o test case generation o documentation generation o migration acceleration o performance optimization o infrastructure automation

Evaluate AI-generated code critically for correctness, scalability, and security.





Build AI-assisted engineering workflows and internal productivity accelerators.
