The Mandate & Commitment

We are seeking an elite, uncompromising Lead Full-Stack Architect to assume absolute technical ownership of the remaining 20% system build, orchestrate complex integrations, and scale the platform architecture through launch and market maturation.

Strict Full time Requirement: This is an intensive, on-site founding engineering role requiring 100% full-time dedication based out of our core operations hub in Chennai (Guindy / surrounding area). It is structurally incompatible with part-time consulting, freelance engagements, or dual-job commitments.

The Risk-Reward & Compensation Architecture

We believe in radical transparency regarding our financial trajectory. Building category-creating global infrastructure demands an initial risk-adjusted horizon, followed by substantial structural upside.

- The Pre-Launch / Danger Zone (Now until March 2028)

The Economic Reality: Because we are pre-launch and scaling through intensive operational onboarding phases, we do not compete with bloated corporate market salaries during this window.

The Baseline:



Compensation during this foundational phase consists of a modest initial baseline stipend designed to sustain core alignment while the system achieves market traction.

- Growth Phase (Initiating April 2028)

Upon successfully navigating the foundational market entry and stabilization window past March 2028, your compensation scales up substantially to a secure, market-leading baseline reflecting the enterprise's commercial expansion.
- Long-Term Milestone Progression (2031)

For leadership engineers maintaining long-term continuity through the multi-year scaling roadmap, baseline remuneration scales up structurally.

- Post-Retirement Security (Lifelong Pension Scheme)

For core engineering leadership who commit to a sustained tenure (10–20 years) and help preserve HALBEX as an enduring, profitable enterprise, we introduce a dedicated monthly lifelong pension scheme to secure your post-retirement years (contingent upon continuous enterprise profitability).

Technical Specification & Architecture

You must possess deep, production-grade mastery over our core technology stack:

Frontend: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript 5.9, Tailwind CSS v4

Backend & Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), complex Row-Level Security (RLS), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and SECURITY DEFINER RPCs

- Execution Standard: Absolute autonomy. You will leverage modern AI-driven developer workflows and high-velocity engineering patterns to independently design, debug, and ship production code without hand-holding.
