About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our finance team as a Senior Finance Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams-including business, operations, and leadership to provide data-driven insights and enable sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning &
- Analysis (FP&A;)

○
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.

○
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business scenarios and investment decisions.

○
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, identifying trends and areas of improvement.

○
- Own P&L; tracking and performance monitoring across business units.

- Management Reporting

○
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, dashboards, MIS and management reports.

- Business Finance &
- Decision Support

○
- Act as a business partner to departments like sales, operations, and product teams.

○
- Evaluate new business opportunities, pricing models, and cost structures.

○
- Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, product launches, and M&A; due diligence.

- Governance, Compliance &
- Internal Controls

○
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

○
- Work closely with auditors during internal/external audits.

○
- Maintain strong documentation and support risk mitigation across finance operations.

- Payroll Management

○
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.

○




- Ensure timely and compliant payroll execution for all employees.

○
- Administer payroll operations, ensuring precision and adherence to statutory requirements.

○
- Manage payroll cycles, including salary disbursements, tax deductions, and reporting.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or CFA (Level II/III) is highly desirable.
- 5–6 years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or controllership roles.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, Oracle,

NetSuite, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic business environment.

Good to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups, SaaS, fintech, or ecommerce sectors.
- Exposure to international accounting standards and cross-border compliance
