Location: Okhla phase II, New Delhi

Experience: 5-8Years

Budget - 45k to 65k to 70k (based on the experience required)

Working days: 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Fashion Merchandiser (Buying). The role involves planning and managing seasonal assortments, selecting and buying fashion products aligned with brand positioning and market trends.

The Senior Fashion

Merchandiser will analyze sales performance, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to optimize product mix, pricing, and stock levels. They will collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and retail teams to ensure timely product development, vendor coordination, and store readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include range planning, forecasting, order placement, monitoring deliveries, and working with marketing and visual merchandising to support product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams,



vendors, and retail partners.
- Sales and Retail expertise, including experience with store performance analysis, assortment planning, and inventory management.
- Marketing knowledge to support product positioning, seasonal campaigns, and consumer-focused merchandising decisions.
- Proven experience as a fashion merchandiser or buyer, preferably in apparel, footwear, or accessories.
- Ability to interpret market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to drive merchandising strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising tools for reporting, forecasting, and range planning.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities, including cost optimization and quality assurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in fashion buying or retail management are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple seasons and collections simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
