About the Role

Ingold Solutions is looking for a creative and data-driven Senior Executive – Social Media to join our team at our Kolkata head office. In this role, you will own our social media presence end-to-end, from shaping strategy and creating engaging content to managing channels day-to-day and turning performance insights into stronger brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Manage social media channels day-to-day, including scheduling, community management, and audience engagement
- Optimize social media profiles and content (SMO) to improve reach, discoverability, and engagement
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives
- Track, analyze,



and report on performance metrics, and use insights to refine strategy
- Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform features, and best practices
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and clear communication with the target audience

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proven experience in developing content strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and execute effective social media campaigns
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms
- Good understanding of target audiences and market analysis
- Experience in the fashion industry is a strong plus
