Futwork is a Voice AI contact centre based out of Mumbai handling millions of calls every month.
We are currently looking to strengthen our finance team.
Your role will include
1. Creation of invoices and AR
2. Vendor Invoice booking, Vendor payments and AP
3. Cashflow management and MIS reports.
4. Tax calculation and payments
5. Work with our external auditors
6. Liaise with the secretarial team for any filings
7. Vendor negotiations
This role is based out of Mumbai, in our Marol office.
Qualifications
- Should possess robust knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including accounting principles and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar finance role, preferably in a technology, services, or high-growth business environment, is beneficial.
