Role Description The Senior Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for managing and reviewing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.

The Senior Finance

Associate will monitor cash flows, track expenses and revenues, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role also includes preparing management reports, analyzing financial performance, identifying variances, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams,



responding to finance-related queries, and maintaining organized financial records are core day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Finance knowledge and experience, including familiarity with core financial principles and practices.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial documents accurately.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for management.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, presenting reports, and explaining financial concepts.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, accounting/ERP tools), with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Preferably looking for someone who have 3+ years of experience in auditing firm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, education-focused environment.
