About the Company & Role We make pasta, vermicelli, instant pasta and rice, fortified rice kernels and soya-based foods — frozen and shelfstable — at two plants in Uttarakhand, Jaspur and Rudrapur. We ship to buyers in the Gulf, Egypt, the Caribbean, Canada, South Africa and Nepal, and exports are growing. We want one person to run the export desk for both plants: every shipment from order to payment, and the buyer follow-through that turns enquiries into orders.

What You’ll Do • Run every export shipment, from both plants. Get quotes from at least two CHAs/forwarders, book space, plan the container (dry or reefer), coordinate stuffing at the plant or ICD, and prepare and check the documents: proforma and commercial invoice, packing list, shipping-bill data, certificate of origin, health and phyto certificates, BL draft. Track to sailing, check the forwarder’s final bill against the quote, and follow the payment through to e-BRC.

Road shipments to Nepal too.

- Keep buyers moving. Reply to export enquiries from our website and email within one working day. Send specifications, documents and prices (set by the directors), complete vendor-approval questionnaires, and push every live buyer to a transparent next step.
- Own frozen sample delivery from Rudrapur. A frozen sample that arrives thawed or late can lose a buyer before the first order, so you will own every one, in India and abroad: the right product and pack from the plant, packing (insulated box, gel packs or dry ice), a courier that will carry it, a dispatch day that never leaves it sitting over a weekend, destination documents, and tracking until the buyer confirms it arrived frozen — then their feedback. (Shelf-stable samples from Jaspur are handled by the plant team; you step in when needed.) • Keep the paperwork ready.



Maintain a current document pack for every export product — COA, TDS, allergen statement, shelf life, lab reports, certificates, label artwork — with QA and NPD at both plants, so a buyer’s request is answered the same day.
- Close the money loop.

With Accounts: RoDTEP claims, LUT, matching every shipping bill to bank realisation (EDPMS / e-BRC), EPCG export-obligation tracking.

- Know the freight market. Keep a monthly rate card for our main lanes so a quote goes out the same day.
- Find buyers.

Once the above is current: research importers, write to them individually, follow up trade-fair contacts. No mass mailers.

Must Have

Both — Please Don’t Apply Without Them: 1. You have personally run export shipments end to end — CHA and forwarder coordination, shipping-bill data, BL draft checks, export certificates — at a manufacturer-exporter, merchant exporter or forwarder, for 4+ years. (In the interview you’ll walk us through one shipment you ran, including what went wrong.) 2. You write clear, correct English to foreign buyers. (In the interview you’ll reply to a real enquiry and compare two real forwarder quotes.) Good to Have &

Background • Good to have: food or FMCG export · frozen / reefer cargo and cold-chain courier shipments · EIC / APEDA health certificates and phyto · letters of credit (UCP 600) · ICEGATE and DGFT portals · RoDTEP · strong Excel.

- Qualification: Graduate. A diploma or MBA in international business / EXIM helps but isn’t required — the shipments you’ve run matter more.
- Language: Hindi with plant teams; English with buyers and forwarders.
- Location: Rudrapur, with regular (usually weekly) days at our Jaspur plant. On-site plant role, not remote.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
