We’re Hiring | Senior HR Executive Experience: 3–4 Years

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration across corporate and factory environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Handle blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, including factory workers, tailors, helpers, operators, supervisors, and corporate staff.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and HRMS.
- Coordinate statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and applicable labour laws.
- Handle factory HR operations, workforce discipline, absenteeism, employee grievances, and contractor labour coordination.
- Oversee office and factory administration, housekeeping, security, maintenance,



and facilities management.
- Coordinate with manpower contractors, recruitment agencies, vendors, and statutory consultants.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate with Management, Finance, Legal and Operations for smooth HR functioning.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing, startup , fashion, or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and labour law compliance.
- Experience in blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Advanced Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.
