We manufacture flat-pack and ready-to-assemble furniture. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Amazon Vendor Central operations, dispatch coordination, installation follow-ups, GRNs and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Operations and Dispatch

- Track POs and coordinate stock readiness with the factory team.
- Book inbound appointments and follow up with RetailEZ for unavailable slots, manual appointments and urgent inbounds.
- Coordinate vehicles, transporters and warehouses for timely deliveries.
- Verify shipment documents and flag differences between PO, invoice and confirmed dispatch quantities.
- Track deliveries, proof of delivery, GRNs, shortages and rejected shipments.

Installation Coordination

- Review daily reports from our existing installation coordinator and track pending, completed and delayed installations.
- Coordinate with external installation teams to resolve delays, service issues and customer complaints.
- Handle installation-related escalations from Amazon, coordinating with RetailEZ where required, and follow through to closure.
- Verify installation-team invoices against order-wise records in our WhatsApp groups and installation tracker.
- Flag duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, incomplete jobs and missing completion evidence before submitting verified invoices for approval.

Receivables and Reporting

- Follow up with RetailEZ on outstanding invoices,



deductions and payment discrepancies.
- Work with accounts to reconcile settlements against invoices and confirmed bank receipts.
- Support Bengaluru DF operations and future warehouse expansion.
- Maintain daily operational updates and weekly reports covering dispatch, installations, GRNs and receivables.

Candidate Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Amazon India Vendor Central, particularly appointment booking and PO fulfilment.
- Experience in dispatch coordination, GRNs, invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
- Ability to manage service partners and resolve customer-service escalations; furniture installation experience is an advantage.
- Strong spoken Hindi and English; working Tamil is strongly preferred.
- Positive Excel or Google Sheets skills and disciplined record keeping.
- Ability to resolve issues independently and follow up until closure.
- RetailEZ, Amazon DF, furniture or bulky-goods experience is an advantage.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid working after initial onboarding at our Coimbatore factory, with scheduled factory visits. Prompt phone responsiveness is essential for RetailEZ, transporters, warehouses and installation teams, including on remote-working days. Extended coverage during urgent shipments and events will be agreed in advance.
