Role Description The Senior Executive Client Servicing role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will manage key client accounts, coordinate ongoing projects, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, briefing production and creative teams, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality standards. The role also involves handling client feedback, resolving service-related issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Executive will collaborate with leadership on proposals, quotations,



and basic financial tracking related to client projects, while contributing to continuous improvement in client satisfaction and service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to clearly convey project requirements and manage expectations.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience in handling feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring positive client experiences.
- Basic understanding of Finance related to project budgets, quotations, invoicing, and cost tracking.
- Relevant experience in media, production, advertising, or a related creative industry, preferably in a client servicing or account management role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
