Role & responsibilities

- Prepare project execution plans in coordination with the Project Manager.

- Develop building-wise material procurement schedules.

- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

- Assign tasks to Junior Engineers and Site Supervisors and monitor timely completion.

- Track daily work progress against planned schedules and actual execution.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and other site resources.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and the ERP team for smooth site operations.

- Prepare material requisitions and estimate daily material requirements.

- Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, cost control, and compliance with project specifications.

- Identify and report deviations from the project plan and suggest corrective actions.

- Verify material, contractor, and vendor bills before submission to the Project Manager.

- Maintain effective coordination with stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

- Recommend improvements in construction materials, workmanship, and technology.
