We are actively hiring for an exciting opportunity with Sii Group, supporting a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales platform used across 55+ countries. As a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-scale CRM solutions, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Leveraging

Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and .NET, you'll help build innovative, scalable solutions that drive business value on a global scale. This is a hybrid role based in Pune (2 days onsite per week), with a preference for candidates who can join at the earliest.

Your tasks

- Designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales solutions, contributing across the full project lifecycle
- Building CRM functionality and integrations using Dynamics CRM SDK, C#, JavaScript, .NET, Power Platform (Canvas Apps and Power Pages), and Azure services
- Developing secure Azure-based applications and integrations using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Application Insights, APIs, OAuth 2.0, and MSAL
- Applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing practices, conducting code reviews, maintaining development standards, and managing source control using Git while supporting CI/CD processes
- Contributing to solution design, technical documentation, and architectural discussions; supporting production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous platform enhancements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements





- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and enterprise application development
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales, including participation in 4 full lifecycle implementations, CRM customization, configuration, and Dynamics CRM SDK development
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET Framework, and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Pages
- At least 3 years of Azure development experience, with hands-on expertise in Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Application Insights, and system integrations
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated unit testing, and frameworks such as NUnit, FakeXrmEasy, and Moq
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, MSAL, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Experience with Git, code reviews, solution design, technical documentation, release management, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
