2. Hands on experience with scan insertion and DFT imeplemntation.
3. Expertise in SSN architecture.
4. Experince in debugging DFT and ATPG vilations.
5. Familiarity with industry tools such as Synopsys DFT Compile, SynopsysTessent or similar tools.
6. Understanding of Scan compression.
